Barcode Ticket

• Once your purchase is complete, a QR code ticket will be displayed on your screen.

  You will also receive a separate email containing a link to the ticket.

  This will need to be printed out or be displayed on your mobile device at the theatre.

  Enter through the left side of the theatre doors at the main entrance.

  Present the QR code (either on your smartphone or a printed copy) to the attendant for admission.

  We plan to admit you into the theatre around 30 minuites before the start of the play.

  Make sure to have your QR code ready as you may not be able to enter without it.

  One QR code is required per visitor.

  If you purchase more than one ticket, the representative must present all QR codes on his/her smartphone to be admitted to the venue.

  If you and your companion will arrive separately, please forward the purchase confirmation email to them.

  Your companion can enter the venue by displaying the QR code on his/her smartphone by clicking the "View Your Ticket" link in the e-mail.

  In this case, please coordinate in advance which ticket (QR code) will be used by which person.

  The Ticket Office is located on the right side of the main entrance.(10:00AM-5:00PM)

  An “Order Confirmation Email” is required, and you must present it when you claim your tickets.
  The “Order Confirmation Email” should be printed or displayed on your smartphone screen.
  Otherwise, you may not be able to see the show.
